I have Yokohama Geolandars on mine, bigger diameter (285/65/18, stock rims, no rubbing), which improves ground clearance too. After this last update, the Shark will put many other conventional 4x4’s to shame. This thing is an absolute beast. A year and 4 months in, I love it more every day. Lifelong Toyota Hilux fan, good memories, but I can never go back.

it’s hard to hate on this beautiful bakkie. yes it’s not ideal for proper off roads driving but BYD still has a winner in this bakkie for normal city driving

A bakkie that went to private school, will not live in villages🙈😂

Anyway I know people with 4x4 who don't know how low & high range work, giving them software is easier.

Another banger as we head towards wkend. Shark is a princess that can do other odd dirty jobs like spending a year in Gauteng and survive rural life in December festive without a scar if you treat it well in those Eastern Cape gravels and mud.

This video is brilliant thank you. Shows exactly what rage mode does and doesn't do. So much better than what a lot of the clown journalists in Australia do which can be outright misleading.

Remember deflating tires is advisable even with offroad tires otherwise you will dig holes and destroy the track.

I saw on another YT channel CarExpert. China pickups are for road use and easy off-road drives.
