A crown my run notification, what a lovely sight

I heard a death cougher at parkrun yesterday and thought of this channel 😂

Massive speed there at the finish. Unbelievable the kick the younger lad had 😳

Straight on this upload like a cokehead on a fresh bag! Good run Jody...💪🏼🔥

best thing about being away/busy for a while is getting to binge this channel again!!!

Superb finish from you but that kick from the lad in front was something else!

Did this one at the weekend! Started mid-pack and didn't move for nearly 30 seconds. You made the right choice going to the front!

'Powered by hate & flirting with sub 17' here!'😂😂😂

ah young Ben from my local club saw you off there J.Mills, unlucky. Fine run overall though!

Nice one! Also give a shout to the older guy, Mark, coming in 7th (my age group)… 18:18 and almost 87% age rating is absolutely awesome!

I think i may have accidentally talked to one of the Mills brothers at worthing parkrun start last week, talked shit about tripping them up and never quite registered who it was. the camera on the head wasnt quite enough of a giveaway apparently

I think I love these runs almost as much as you do. You have inspired me to think in terms of PBs, you D Mills and not just be happy when I happen to get them. Because of you I started out strong at this morning's Run (Ours, in NYC are called OpenRuns), but I had not thought through the humidity. I had a PB split, but not a PB run. Still happy. TY, you rock!

Wolverine 🤣🤣
I can’t.

Hey soon as I saw chard thought that's 5 min drive away from me lmao nice one being down here :D gg on run

69 parkruns… nice

Love your videos always great effort and love the commentary. 63 year old runner here from Essex just done my 90th different Park Run but wish I lived nearer to your lovely flat fast seaside runs, please keep the videos coming
.

The times definitely show you were right to surge past that group at 1k!

Great run. Sorry, I was looking at the last one on the score sheet Mark Holland, less than a minute behind you. Great run for a V55-60.

these are such entertaining videos your a great commentator :))))

Love your channel! If it was up to me, you and your brothers would have been running every weekend and mid week too as your vids are super entertaining)))
