Within K-pop fandoms—specifically among those of us who listen to a wide variety of groups—we were already aware of RESCENE. When the algorithm detects that you listen to diverse music, it would occasionally slip in one of their tracks because their sound was always intriguing. I remember when "Pinball" came out; I thought, "Wait, what is this?" and started listening to everything else—their songs are all "no-skips." As international fans, we trust that eventually, something will make them stand out and cause the Korean public to open their eyes—and, above all, their ears. Generally, people in South Korea tend to follow what’s viral; if something falls outside the current trend, it gets overlooked. That can be frustrating, as "niche" music is often dismissed as "weird." International fans are more accustomed to niche music; those of us who enjoyed NMIXX before they blew up with "Love Me Like This" (or "Blue Valentine") knew they were making interesting music and just needed a push. RESCENE managed to achieve that organically, thanks to their charming members and, most importantly, a refreshing musical style. I read recently that RESCENE isn't just about "scents" or "essences," but also about "nostalgia." So, their concept revolves around nostalgia? I find that lovely. Sampling a KARA song was a masterstroke, and their lyrics and sound have a way of soothing the heart and soul. We hope they continue to grow. Today, they hit No. 1 again—not just in real-time rankings, but on the daily charts. They also won their first music show award. We needed music like this and artists who make us feel a genuine connection—we didn't need more "Girl Crush" concepts or groups singing about being the best, saying "you envy me" or "I'm iconic." Korean society is nostalgic and values ​​hard work, which is a big reason why RESCENE is so well-liked.

I am proud to say that i knew and listened to them back in 2024. And yes, i did see a potential on love attack, but since they are considered "nugu" or they did not came from a big company, the song was ignored, and I bet if love attack was a song by IVE, Red Velvet etc. it could've been one of the biggest song in 2024. And now Rescene is actually getting the recognition they deserved, i feel so proud

리센느 서사로는  젤 잘만든 영상 같아서 눈물날뻔ㅠㅠ

I think it's because they’ve built a solid discography and the members are talented, this isn’t just a lucky viral moment that loses steam in couple moments imo, and also the members are all unique and got distinct and funny personalities which people have grown to love.

2024 was the Moment of Battle between Illit and New Jeans and also Old and New Fifty fifty. No wonder this group got overshadowed so bad when, in fact, they really have great potential. Even surpassing fifty fifty and many rookies of that year.

I really hope RESCENE gets the global recognition they deserve. They are so talented and work incredibly hard—it’s time for the world to see them!

How difficullt it is for any group from a small company? Very difficult.  Rescene debuted on March 26th, 2024 wheras Illit debuted two days before on March 24th. At that time "Magnetic" from Illit dominated for weeks the charts. On average, the big 4 companies have 30 times more resources for promoting their groups.

their story is so inspiring, i'm currently binge watching their content, they're so likeable and their songs are so good i might just have to stan! this is never seen before in kpop i hope they grow more and more and be loved continuously in the future, they deserve it!

It's not the firs time this song made a comeback.  Love Attach made a comeback last year as well, while not having as great of the one this time (due to Youtube explosion), it did make a significant notifcation and career improvement on the group but I am SOOO glad even more people can hear it and it has made #1 on Melon.

i know they will make it    since their debut song discography is crazy UHUH pinballs  they stand LOONA honesly
