No worries. I got the stain out of my T-shirt — it’s totally clean now.

This restaurant is pure heaven for introverts! Not having to speak to anyone while being able to enjoy one of the best ramen in the world is a top-tier pleasure of life!

Japan must be paradise for introverts like me.

I feel like all Japanese restaurants are like a luxury restaurant even though some of them are just a normal restaurant. They always have everything we need.

8:24 i love how the spoon has a small cutout so it dosent falll into the soup

"This drop is the greatest joy" maybe is meant that the soup of the ramen will bring you joy till the last drop. and no other ramen will be as great of bringing joy than Ichiran's.

5:48 honestly the noise adds to the incredibly authentic vibes of the place

I love these private booths.  I wish they have it in Canada. I would eat there all day.  I noticed that the soup spoon is notched, so it hangs on the bowl without it slipping into the middle of the soup. Brilliant!  Thank you for showing how to order at Ichiran Ramen

holy molly never seen such a customer friendly restaurant

there is never "no reason" to add an egg

15:09 And that's why I'm self-conscious about eating in public; I always end up wearing some of my meal.

So Yummy. It's a mistake to watch it at 2AM. It makes us super hungry 😋😋😋

The ramen looked incredibly good! I've had ramen once in my life, I went to a Japanese restaurant about seven or so years ago for my birthday. I ate a lot that day and it was all wonderful. But when I'm able to make a trip to Japan I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for Ichiran. Totally worth a stained t-shirt!

"This drop is the greatest joy" 100% refers to the last bit of broth that's remaining. You finish the entire thing up and that last drop is the most satisfying feeling ever as you lean away from the table with a full stomach

I realise Japan is an introvert paradise...!!

idc what it takes for me to have a meal at this restaurant, i’d do anything! This is pure peace.

Ive actually been here from walking around trying to find dinner for myself from the hotel. There was a line outside and order a  bowl of ramen with meduim richness and some greentea and rice. Nothing else like it in thw world for how delicous it was. SItting in the booth worh my meal and listening to an audiobook about a dragon adventure. It was liberating how free I felt from being able to just walk where I want to go in a city, the underground metro tunnels and lack of roads fo car made it all so much better. After I ate there I went to a mister donut and got some mochi donuts for me, my older sister and brother in law. They were feeling bed ridden and because of that I got to explore the city by myself. That was the very first time I felt so indepedent. To go where you eant to go and see what you want to see. It was amazing.

i want to go to Japan so much. after i finish my university, get a job, and travel to Japan. 😊

Man, I don't think I've actually ever had Ramen before that I can remember, but this looks absolutely delicious and is really giving me a craving to try some.

I love the fact that you dont have to speak to anyone..Everyone just enjoying their meals and minding their own bussiness..
