Dude has tooth pliers and Frankie is already missing a couple teeth.

Frankie sees Guinevere as she was before being badly damaged. While Guinevere still sees Frankie and Andi as the kids she met in the past. It's sweet but also sad.

The spite towards Disney here has the subtlety of a bomb and it is so thoroughly valid

38:22 You heard all three. The old guy called her Franklin, but Frankie’s imaginary friends and Guinevere called her Francesca

I watched the pilot last night. I fuckin loved it! I love that Dana Terrace is able to have full control over her project through glitch. I cant wait to see how this project turns out!

"Complicated machines that run on blood and fear" = humans.

Anyone thinks it's kinda sad that Franky sees Guinevere as the princess version from the park they met and Guinevere still sees them as children.

All the microplastics, in the air, I got these people seeing things

Youd be surprised how FAR censors can go. The Real Ghostbuster infamously changed Janine's design because they wanted to appeal more to girls, and one of their notes is that everything about her had to be less "sl*tty" (which they actually wrote in the change notes) and more rounded (including glasses and hair) because "angular shapes could scare kids"

Francesca is her name.
Frankie is her nickname.
Franklin is a nichardname.

Oh God, that poor Guinevere is, was the first model of her kind and I'm thinking the show will have her seeing the world in a child-like, magical sort of world that'll HEAVILY contrast with what's really going on 😰

I knew a guy in tradeschool who could do that with bottle tops.

I like that there are comments saying it's bad and all these other shows are better...while also ignoring the fact that this is the pilot it's meant to gauge reaction and reception to the concept...you know like all the other shows you all mention in the comments

I suspect Sparky may just be an overly controlling narcissist, but he probably BELIEVES that he's genuinely looking out for Frankie.

Also, something that I've seen pointed out elsewhere that's a nice touch: When Gwen asks "Is that your parent or guardian?" she seems to take frightened silence as a "no", and proceeds to help protect who she views as park guests.
