When I thought Angine de Poitrine couldn’t surprise me any more… they released Session Secrète IV, and once again they completely blew my mind.

In this reaction I’m diving into one of the band’s most immersive live performances. Session Secrète IV was recorded in 2025 in Quebec, Canada, featuring the duo performing in their now-iconic polka-dot universe with the hypnotic microtonal grooves, intricate rhythms and unmistakable visual style that have captivated audiences around the world.

This performance is another reminder of why Angine de Poitrine has become one of the most exciting and original experimental rock bands on the planet.

❤️ I started this YouTube channel because I was lonely and wanted to connect with people who love discovering beautiful things. Reading your comments over the past few days has reminded me why I began. You haven't just shared your knowledge of Angine de Poitrine—you've shared your stories, your concerts, your friendships, your excitement, and a little piece of your lives with me. Somehow, a band from Québec has connected people from all over the world... and I'm so grateful to be discovering them alongside you. Thank you for making this little corner of YouTube feel like home. 🇨🇦❤️🇿🇦

I've heard many people describe AdP's music, and the one word description I've heard the most is 'fun'. Clearly those two are having a blast performing for their fans. A member of Gentle Giant stated in an interview recently that AdP are seriously talented musicians who don't take themselves seriously. A winning formula!

When the bass slides in and kicks off on Sherpa...gets me every time. It's impossible for me to not start dancing.

Those guys are very simple. You should listen to the radio interview in Frebuary (with french translation)
As québécois I'm so proud of them.
Long live

Klek is absolutely FEROCIOUS on that kit. No empty flair, no showboating, no messing around. His hits are always, deliberate, driving, and woven within Khns playing like a master of the nitro powered diesel.

It's like a magical onion. An AdP gig inside a gin distillery inside an old church inside a beautiful part of Canada.

I think they'll always have passion for music. They've been playing in tiny rooms for years.

Having a live version of L’Abereck, especially in this setting, is a friggin gift. When I first saw it, after listening to the studio version for so long, I danced around like Snoopy for days. Still am. Ababa Hotel’s main riff, should be illegal. 🤣👍👏🏻

Gaspé is a city in Gaspesie région. An amazing région where i often rent an isolated cottage on ocean side.

@gguery 2 months ago

at the beginning they simply say "angine de poitrine". And, according to their bandcamp, during sherpa they say "Suivez. Sherpa. Aberek. Sherpa"

Isn't it wonderful that in a world full of hatred and selfishness, music still has the ability to bring people together. 🤘✌❤ Cheers from Canada.

I’ve been enjoying your reactions to ADP. I’m rather reserved. You’re expressing exactly what I’m feeling much better than I can 😊

Oh my god Muser, you've become my favorite AdP yt reactor in just 2 videos! So so so joyful to watch you watch and react to this fabulous band!! Hope there's some more coming, they have so much live videos including one made on this same Session Secrète day with some very fun segments where you see them in their "spaceship" et later with people dancing in this same venue as this video, I don't have time to find it right now, but perhaps you've seen it already! Back to this one here, I specially like when you addressed the band directly in the eyes to give them some very good spontaneous advices, was so sweet of you! Keep on doing what you're doing! P.S. I'm so happy because I have 2 other videos of your reaction to AdP to watch, will wait for the perfect moment to do just that!
