Heard this from my boss:  during an interview the candidate asked what the dating policy was

16 year old girl asked for my number after.
I'm 26.
Ohhhhhhhh fuck no. I like freedom Ty.

To be fair to the guy licking the plate, some families are quite strict about finishing your meal.

Story 5: okay don't you dare judge us plate lickers.  It means the food was really good and we don't like wasting sauce.  :P

A former co worker got fired because he was always showing up super late. I don't think he understood punctuality. Job starts at 1:30 and it would be almost 2pm and he'd just be waking up. He got fired then tried to apply to work for the IT department.

I'm currently out of work and job hunting and its balm to the soul to think that some other applicants might be these people.

that last one
he was so excited to talk about tattoos 😭

Interviewer: Do you like a challenge.
Me being blunt: No one likes a challenge in a bullshit job.

I worked at an electrical coop’s warehouse for a while. One guy was being escorted around by the boss being shown everything and stuff. He then tells my boss “there is alot of copper here, you can get XXX per pound for those copper”.

Yeah, thats not a good look bud

HR representatives live in a different world than the rest the people in their country.🙄😒

The Jelly Bean guy was... interesting.

I had a business that did industrial electronics. A lot of our work was for three school systems.  I needed  to hire a tech, so I took the young man on a service call at a high school where he kept staring at the pretty, underage girls. I had to apologize to the principal and tell them that he wouldn't be working for me.
He was also telling me that I should do shoddy work, to make more money. I was well known for high quality work ad fair prices so that was another strike against him. The last I heard,, he was patching up old arcade games at minimum wages.

4:19 did the two final candidates know each other and agree to sudden death uno?

Okay so when your doing a interview online don’t answer your door no matter what 😂

Honestly, if you're going to do video interviews, then you are partially bringing your business into another person's home, and you shouldn't expect their entire world to pause for your convenience. If the repair guy shows up, that's when he shows up and that's when the person living in that house has to get up and interact with them, job interview or not. If that's unacceptable to you, bring them into the office for the interview.

Listen Am I the Genius? during the interview

It would probably upset him because they act like they cannot survive even when I go on vacation

The 2nd story bro thought it was a stool test they do that when you're in food and beverage industry for health card

Apologies for this not really being related to the stories or anything, but it's just kinda surprising to see the background game being Sunset Overdrive. I feel like people hyped that game up big time, but then once it actually came out everything went quiet.
Like, ngl, I got to play it eventually, I like it, good game, just seemed so weird that it was so... flash in the pan?
Then again, maybe I just missed on a lot of the post-release chatter. :D
