An important thing about the crests is that they aren’t tied to 1 Nabatean but the type of dragon the Nabatean was hence why there can be multiple people with the crests that aren’t even related or in different parts of the world and also why there are multiple relics that use the same crest stone.

Btw Jeralt meet Rhea 300 years ago. He mentions this in some dialogue in three hopes

I like that Three Hopes is a canon enough that we can use its information to add more to Three Houses narrative

seteth is cichol himself, and flayn is ceathlean
makes you wonder why the saints are in dagda

“Suggests she may be bisexual” she proposes to Catherine in their A+ support. Proposes. Offers marriage. To another woman. I think that’s more than a suggestion.

Bros already getting lore corrected in the comments 💀

I think it's also worth mentioning that in the Abyss there is statue of Dagdan God of Fate and while that should have been Fortuna it resemble Eshmel instead.

30:05 false re; her passing her crest to Jeralt 100 years prior. in 3 hopes, battle dialogue between Seiros and Jeralt (when they fight each other on opposite sides of the war) reveals that jeralt obtained the crest of Seiros about 300+ years prior

I'm ngl gang none of this made sense but I appreciate you

With it being confirmed that lamine used the answerer, I loved the "I cast dramaturgy" theory that said that the rafail gem is not a weapon, is what's left of it.

The rafail gem is the broken remains of the answerer

Hey, thanks for your great vids! I skipped Engage, so it's been a while since I've been really into FE. But your content made me go through another 3H route, and is making me really excited for the next game. Keep up the great work!

Huh... so eugenics, inbreeding, inhumane experiments, blasphemy/deicide, stealing/harvesting blood for powerups and bones for overpowered pointy sticks...

They say Genealogy had some SUS storylines, bruh...

32:04 not blood transfusions - blood reconstruction surgeries/experiments.

Another thing blood does is it influences personality. This is most noticeable in Lindhardt, causing his sleepiness as he shares a crest with Flayn. This also happened with Heim and Lewyn, who could be possessed by their respective dragons when using their respective weapons.
Dragon maddening may be another thing worth mentioning as its a common ill occurrence in Fire Emblem, and would occur with the people who received Seiros's blood.

So something I realized when playing Three Houses - Imperial houses don’t have major Crests, they all have minor Crests, and they all seem to have Crests of the Saints or Serios. Only the 10 Elites have major Crests naturally. I think this is because they killed the dragons they ended up getting their Crests from, whereas the Imperials got their Crests from living dragons - so theirs aren’t as potent. After all, a living being can’t give up all its blood. It might be a another reason Rhea keeps the origin story a secret. After all, if it becomes common knowledge that you can simply kill Rhea, Seteth, and Flayn and get their crests, their lives will become much harder.

I like your funny words magic man

33:20 kind of? but no - Aymr was created using an artificial crest stone of the Beast by agarthans specifically for use by Edelgard. this ties into her hegemon husk transformation ability and the ability to act twice with raging storm bc the ability is tied to her dual crests (the raging storm part is iirc; i could be misremembering solely that part)

I've been wanting a video like this. Thanks!

The connection point of 3 Houses and Fortune's Weave is the Hero Dietrech in the new game.

He's the great grandson of Lamine (Crest of Lamine). Lamine was one of the Heroes who followed The Champion of Liberation (Nemesis) in his war against "Those that Slither" or the Dark/Evil gods. Nemesis was granted (The Crest of Flames) and the Sword of Liberation by the Goddess Sothis. After the war ended, the beloved Champion of Liberation went mad and turned on his own people and this is mentioned in Fortune's Weave. After Nemesis goes mad, The Church of Seiros raises all of Fodlan to fight against him and they win.

In the Crimson Flower Route of 3H's, Idelgard reveals the true history that the Church is trying to hide despite her family siding with the church in the past. Nemesis was corrupted by (Those That Slither) and the 10 Heroes that followed him (Including Lamine) staged a rebellion and slaughtered Sothis and her people - forging the 10 great relics out of their bodies and stealing their hearts (which is what the original great crests were).

Seiros, having survived the massacre, raised an army against Fodlan with Idelgard's ancestor king and defeated "The Champion of Liberation" in the opening cutscene of 3H.

For some reason, rather than telling the truth about their betrayal and corruption... Seiros/Rhea decided to honor the memory of their heroic deeds before their corruption despite loathing the fact that they slayed her kin and mutilated their bodies for crests/weapons.

While we don't know for sure where Linhardt, Ferdinand, Bernadetta and Monica's families got their crest, it might be more simple than coming from other Nabateans. Just like how Seiros passed down her crest to some key followers, the saints might have as well, which is also why there are no Relic Weapon associated to these crests and also why these families are still key figures of the Empire specifically.
