I don't want much, I just want the person reading this to be healthy, happy, and loved. Wishing you a good day my friend.

to everyone who's studying with this music:
Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate

• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time

• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone

• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.

• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.

•Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy

Reminder:After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book.

I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight

Don’t worry about your exam. Don’t worry about the homework due tomorrow. You’re doing amazing and even coming here to study is a start and I’m proud of you! You’re doing amazing. I believe in you <3

Daily reminder: You're not useless. You're not a dissapointment. You're not dumb. You're not different. You're not compared to anyone. Because... You're loved. You're strong. You're smart. You're beautiful inside and out. You're the best version of YOU there ever is. and you're human. I know you're going through a lot of stuff right now but it'll be okay. This life is a long journey. In a journey, there are ups and downs. If you ever go down, it doesn't mean you can't go back up. Rest easy and give yourself a treat :) I love you very very much and I just want you to know that. And when you go back up, you have that space in your heart that can help others back up, as well

To the person reading this, Good Luck! Don't stress, everything will be fine. No matter what difficulty you are facing right now, you can overcome it! You are strong and brave.

To those of you studying here, working, raising children, etc., even if you are tired and worried about whether you can do well, never give up hope. Don't forget that you have the strength to overcome anything. You are special. You will not fall behind anyone and will definitely be loved and respected. I hope this will be a great comfort to you. The tears and sweat you shed now mean that you will shine that much brighter later. Now, if you do your best at what you do, tomorrow you will grow more than today. The more difficult times pass, the closer you will get to shining. I sincerely bless all the precious people who read this. Because you were born to deserve it.

Take a breath, slow and steady. Calm your body down. Rest is needed too. I trust you very much. Your efforts matter and you are enough. The universe is too big to be fighting for a position. Relax you heart and mind. Everything you are doing, is being accepted, the results seem to never come but they will do, eventually they will come. Don't just exist, live your life. We all only get one. Be kind to everyone but don't let it be taken for granted. Love nature and yourself..
