1. Repeat each week a few times for progressive overload
2. Don't worry about hitting the # of reps, rather focus on the effort and push yourself past what you think you can get
3. Really focus on the mind-muscle connection
4. Skip the sets you don't feel a good connection with
5. For #4, these workouts can take well over 1.5 hours so don't worry about skipping a few sets
6. Get after it!
