Pretty sure the parents are blind and couldn't see it said BIG KID MEAL

Any toy can be killer if you throw it hard enough

My parents wanted to send my pokeballs back due to fear of the "choking hazard".

I was nine.

I remember that despite the death, the public pretty much shrugged and agreed it was an unfortunate accident that wasn't BK's fault.

Child: has literally not developed teeth

The parents: ẞŌRGÅR 🅱ÏNG

"you could get them by ordering a BIG kids meal"
parents give literal infants the toys

I've always viewed the parents as the ones at fault here, cause that pokeball was no more dangerous than a plastic cup, something I also see parents STILL let their infants and toddlers play with relatively unsupervised.

The Parents who literally ignored their dying infant in the room over: WHY DIDNT BURBER BING PREVENT THIS? WHY POKEMAN??

Jesus. Why are small children so determined to kill themselves? They die in ways you could never imagine.

Pokeball: can kill a child

Burger King: Small fries can make up for dat

It ain't burger king's fault that you can't take care of your child

Child: at an age where literally anything can kill them and need constant care and attention

Parents: “EAT HURG KING AND PLAY WITH TOY”

Small Things: Exist
Babies: Hmmm delicious

Can’t wrap my head around why anyone thought it was a good idea to let babies/toddlers play with these things.

Child: cannot even eat solid food
Parents: 🅱️ig 🅱️ac

*Child dies from suffocating on a toy*

Parents: “There’s literally no way we could have prevented this.”

A kid that small could do the same thing with a cup

Edit:who is giving Burger King to a 4 month old child?

1. Have child
2. Take them to fast food restaraunt
3. Hand them toy, look away
4. ????
5. Profit

The problem is literally geometry. This can happen with any third dimensional shape that has a single missing side.
The problems with the pokeballs are no different then plastic cups.
