Cut testing feature that allowed the player to place objects using the device, most likely intended for F-STOP as the code for it was found inside an F-STOP source code leak.
Does lack some things as they didn't work when put in-game (for example, a feature that added a static-effect to placed objects that would increase for the amount of objects currently placed)
