This song is basically a love letter from Risu to her fans and the song starts out a bit sad because she struggled with inconsistent views and slower channel growth in her early vtubing life which caused her to doubt herself, but seeing all the support from her loyal fans gave her confidence and strength to continue and this songs is her way of showing her gratefulness to her fans. The song actually has translated lyrics if you turn on subtitles on YouTube so you could better understand the Japanese and Indonesian parts.
Risu's character has multiple personalities and are easily distinguishable with their voices. Most of the song she sings in her Diva "Ayunda" voice, but towards the very end she switches to a sharper voice which is her Squirrel "Risu" voice.
Personally I find Risu's live performances to be even better than her recorded MV performances, she performed this song in the 3rd Hololive Fes (an event where all Hololive members perform in the same venue) and she shocked the world because many Hololive viewers are not familiar with the members from the Indonesia branch and were surprised how good she was. She also performed this song with Elizabeth and Nerissa at the EN concert last year which IMO is the best performance I have ever seen. Absolutely recommend you to check it out if you get the chance!
Risu also released a new song "MIR//or" last year which many consider it to be a spiritual successor to ALiCE&u, and it's basically a duet with herself, it's also amazing if you would like to check it out!

Before anyone else mentions it, you should look up the lyrics to Alice&u and read the first letter of every line.

Risu when she sing :
Risu when she streaming : A pervert psycho squirrel 😂

Ayunda: One of the best singer in Hololive
Risu: Queen of meme

At one point early on Hololive had a nickname of "Yagoo's home for broken girls". Almost all of them had sad stories behind them. Risu said on stream once that before she got into holo her family were so poor they were eating grass. When this song was first recorded she had never had real vocal training. She just walked in and *did this*.

So, that's Risu like....3, 4 years ago. Check our MIR//or to see what she sounds like now (turn on subs). It's a whole duet with herself. It's wild, musically. She did MIR//or at FES with a shadow Risu on stage with her. It was wild from a choreo standpoint -- either she had a dancer who learned the choreo who she was dancing around OR she had to learn the secondary choreo herself entirely to stay out the way of her doubled self. Which is darned impressive.

One thing I really like about this song is that, in addition to being a love letter to her fans, it is also one that works in her lore. In her lore, the witch Ayunda hid her soul in the body of her squirrel familiar Risu to escape prosecution. In her streams she calls the voice that sang most of this song, the more standard pitch and intonation one, "Ayunda". The high pitched, slightly nasally voice that comes in at the end is "Risu". So this song can also be interpreted as a letter from Ayunda to Risu, thanking her for saving her.

Risu is known to be at the very top of best Holo singers. Her range is phenomenal and her voice is praised by her peers and even Suisei called her the “Celine Dion of Hololive”

because of her squirrel character a lot of folks seem to forget how cracked risu is at singing.

She’s the master at projecting emotion in voice. Like, how the hell such fast tempo song like Ikiru Yosuga felt really sad when she sang it.

Idk if this was pointed out to you, but the 1st letter in each line of the song spells out AYUNDA RISU HOLOLIVE INDONESIA. She is both one of holo's best singers but also a massive troll

This is a very heartfelt letter in a form of a song from Risu to her fans, it's normal to cry

Don't forget to check out Alice&U - Risu ft Elizabeth & Nerissa (live version)👀

Risu is arguably the best singer within Hololive's talent pool and thats saying something. Yes, the competition is stiff but any time she shows up for a concert event she is one that commands attention.

Well of You really want to ascent there is a versión of risu, Liz and nerissa singing this song live, it was so amazing it hurts, in the en concert "all for one"

I might be one of the many people who recommended it in the comments on one of your previous reaction videos. I’m sorry if “ALiCE&u” made you sad. Actually, the song's meaning is a way of Risu thanking all her fans for continuing to support her during her tough times. Anyway, thank you so much for your reaction, and I’ll keep enjoying your other reaction content. 😄😉

Indeed, Risu is quite a talent.
Her songs are a bit emotional, but they convey strength of character too.
She is really gifted and she has more incredible songs 😊

Ah yes, Ayunda Risu, the Celine Dion of Hololive.
