I am so sorry, I was filming this video for almost three hours and I made some mistakes- there's a few times I say Facebook, I meant MySpace. It was always MySpace, never Facebook. Feel free to point out any other mistakes, or ask me for clarification. I'll be in the comments discussing with you. Also, there is so much more to this case that I could talk about, along with some people who have contacted me with more information so I may go live and continue the discussion there. Let me know if that is something you would be interested in doing! Also, for all the people like myself who are about to be caught in the crosshairs of a horrific snow apocalypse- PLEASE stay home, stay warm and stay safe!

It feels like the 10 or 20 minute wait was intentional to make sure she was beyond his help. My opinion.

The paint tangent is exactly the reason I would want no one except for Stephanie to investigate my mysterious death should the situation ever present itself.

How in the hell did police clear him? That makes no sense. I believe Jason and his mom are involved. Sounds like police corruption too.

Jason’s 25 different versions of events always get me lol

Here’s a fun fact, I know one of the individuals who worked for the restoration company hired to clean the murder scene. This person said while cleaning the scene they found a woman’s earring underneath the kick rail area in the bathroom that the police had missed in their initial search. I have always wondered if it was possibly from the woman attacker meaning they would have DNA that they are holding close to the vest. It also amazes me that no DNA was collected from Lindsey’s hands as almost certainly she shook hands with attackers before entering the house.

By the way your investigation skills are extraordinary. The depth you have gone is amazing!

Stephanie researching the science of latex paint in various weather conditions just one reason we love her 😂

7 detectives retiring suddenly sounds like threats or payoffs

What you have is a rich realtor and her mommy's boy son who have pull in the police department.  Mommy dearest set it up.  Her little man-child son was setting up an alibi, including bringing his own witness.

Stephanie pulling out the storage temps for exterior paint was a real Legally Blonde perm moment.

The Boulder Police Department: 💁💁‍♀️🤷‍♂️🤡

Sannich Police: hold my beer

I believe the something that Lindsey saw that she wasn’t supposed to was related to Jason & Shirley’s illegal activities through the real estate business.

This whole case is insane.  It's BLATANTLY obvious something deeply rooted and nefarious is going on.  Yet things are swept away and either mishandled, misrepresented or ignored.  Wtf? 😵‍💫

This family has Adelson vibes!!

So what can we do to help this case along? Lindsay DESERVES JUSTICE!!

Within weeks of Lindsay’s murder, Jason was already out there on the dating scene. There was no mourning, no waiting period, no calling Lindsay’s dad to see if there was anything he could do. There was just nothing! Back in 2006/07/08 Jason hung out with drug dealers and other unsavory characters and today things have not really changed. In fact, a few years back two of Jason’s closest friends had serious allegations made against them and it was all over the news. Of course, that did not stop Jason from continuing to associate with those two realtors.

TIME HAS SHOWN THAT THE ZAILOS ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE

and they have been lying for 13 years in order to keep the truth from being exposed. After Lindsay’s murder her ex-boyfriend Matt MacDuff stepped up to the plate and did everything possible to help Lindsay’s dad figure out who could be responsible for Lindsay’s murder. He attended the Lindsay Buziak Memorial Walks when he could and so did his parents, brother & sister-in-law. Matt’s family cared about Lindsay, and they showed it in many different ways. The Zailo family on the other hand made no effort whatsoever to do the right thing, they just moved on with their lives and never looked back.

WHO YOU CHOOSE TO ASSOCIATE WITH TELLS A LOT ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER, OR LACK THEREOF.

Jason’s good friends such as Ziggy Matheson, Cohen Oatman, Chris Schwartz, Andy Rodgers, Bowman Rutledge etc. are strong indicators that Jason Zailo is not a good person/lacks character. “Birds of a feather stick together”. For this group of misfits, the restaurants they frequent still welcome them, the gyms they attend still welcome them, and the golf course they golf at still welcome them with open arms

Let’s be real. Business is business, and as long as these guys are paying customers, they will continue to have an open door to these places they visit. It’s amazing what some people/businesses will do just to keep the money rolling in.

There's no way Jason did not do this to Lindsay. Think the mother was involved too. Poor Lindsay and her family. May she get the justice she deserves.

I believe Jason’s mom was a mastermind and they were all involved somehow. They definitely have orchestrated this. I only wonder what would be the reason behind it? Her planning to leave him?

I've been baffled by this case for years and watched a lot of things about it. I've learned so many things from your coverage that I've never heard of! Thank you for always doing a true deep dive Stephanie!

No other coverage Ive seem went where you took this. Impressive work. And exposing the dark slimy crawlers under the Vancouver Island rock.
