That roadway design process is a master class.  Great result and magnificent ground work.

Hi, nice vid. I use Cornice Cement, instead of Plaster of Paris. It takes longer to go off so you don't get stuck with a hard lump if you get slowed down for any reason. it's smoother & gives a nicer finish & as it hardens you can make great cliff faces & rocky outcrops by using a stylus or an old fork. Cornice Cement. cheers from Oz.

Fantastic work!  Creative talent with not only with professional-level diorama construction, but also video production!  Thank you!

Good video, very good guide

Nice one buddy. It is a lot of work but came out well in the end. I have been using sheets of grey foam which are about 1,5mm thick. They give an already textured look and can be cut using scissors to any shape you want. I liked your stencil method of doing the lines. Much better than masking tape I think.
Best wishes from an ex South African in Portugal. 🇵🇹  Mel

Hello, is it possible to add paint to the plaster before you turn it to a road?  I ask this because there is a possibility that the road could get scratched and reveal the white from underneath the grey/black top.   It's not a big deal but it would be cool if there is a way.
