At 54:59 I say that Christine never shows up again after Strange emails (and it is confirmed later that he sent some) but he does show up to the hospital after getting stabbed. That doesn't change the fact that he didn't care enough about her to end his entire universe though.
The time travel is actually more broken than I thought. Probably for more reasons than what I'm going to say here. But if Strange travels back, changing the past of timelines including his own and thus destroying them, that means that there is no existing future strange to travel back, that Strange will be made by the timelines playing out in real time. So how can him changing anything in the past lead to the paradox if him traveling back in the first place and deleting the part of his own timeline when he travels back doesn't?
