Extensive conscription just increases training time in Vanilla, service by requirement and over that is when you get factory debuffs.

Are you playing vanilla? The 1939 start date is extremely buggy/ahistorical, but the "1939 Start Fixed" mod (more like a patch) is great !

I challenge you to play World Ablaze Soviets

Fun fact in 1940 France was making 300 tanks a month

@StoatedWithTheSauce 1 year ago

13:30 That actually is supposed to happen, as they allied with Japan historically.

You gotta play some chill mods like Kaiserreich and Equestria at War man... At this rate I'm not sure if you're going to be sane doing all these challenges 😭😭😭

Those tiles in the Alps can be defended if you build a single supply hub and you do have enough time (If you start straight away it will be finished in November even quicker if you disband and sell part of your airforce i.e all the obsolete planes and naval bombers etc as you won't need them early game). This allows you to also shorten the line I sometimes wonder if i'm the only HOI player who actually builds supply hubs

Tbh if PDX gives AMC35 a MEDIUm two man turret and count it as a medium tank, they have very high faith in french tank industry.

German AI is coded not to take the focus to attack the USSR if they are at war with an uncapitulated European major besides the UK

@jadeorbigoso5212 1 year ago

Releasing those countries is also a good decision aswell because those countries will do quickly Free Civilian Factories, Military Factories, and Dockyard if they got sea access since A.I. do those focus in 1939

I hate to say it, but the Maginot did everything it was supposed to do, but French high command failed the Maginot. The Maginot Line was supposed to give the French a chance to fight the Germans in Belgium instead of in France and it did that, but the High Command shit itself and got encircled

Your peaceful playthroughs really appeal to me over the high paced, high adrenaline ones. It's kind of soothing to me. I myself usually also play a high risk, high reward playthroughs and rarely historical so I love these videos as a history guy too!! Bravo!!
