Making A "Fake Ending" In Geometry Dash!

"Fake endings" have been make a good few times in Geometry Dash. That's where you make it look like the level is ending but it's really not. There's a lot of fun stuff you can do with a gimmick like this.

In this video, I make a fakeout in my level Clusterfunk, where it looks like the player dies at the very last jump, but the level starts glitching out and then continues into completely new territory.

This was pretty fun to make and I'm proud of the result. Hope you enjoy watching the process! ♥

Apparently the GD death SFX IS available for use in the game... well I did that for nothing.

12:16 they do have the gd sounds IN THE SFX TRIGGER, they are labeled under the folder "Geometry Dash" and the sound name is "Explode"

As someone who made a fake death effect, I can confirm that I love the animate trigger, and sfx trigger

Also you can use the default sound effects in the sfx trigger, there's a litteral Geometry Dash folder in the sfx trigger, and orbs death sfx

There actually is a Geometry dash sfx folder in the sfx trigger, but i think that using a song can actually be good because even if the player turns off the sfx the death sfx will still play

I know its a small detail, but "ruins" from Undertale being put as a song from Deltarune and "you can always come home" from Deltarune being put as an Undertale song just bugs me so much. Banging videl tho 🗣🔥
