Cool. Here's a brownie recipe

Prep & Cook Time
Prep time: 10 minutes
Bake time: 25–30 minutes
Yield: 16 squares

Ingredients:

Unsalted butter: 200g (about 14 tbsp), melted
Dark chocolate chips or chunks: 200g
Brown sugar: 1 cup (175g), lightly packed
Large eggs: 3, lightly whisked
Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
Plain / all-purpose flour: ½ cup (75g), sifted
Unsweetened cocoa powder: ¼ cup (30g), sifted
Salt: A pinch

Step-by-Step Instructions

Preheat and Line: Heat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a bit of overhang on the sides for easy removal later.
Melt Butter & Chocolate: In a large heatproof bowl, melt the butter and dark chocolate chips together. You can do this in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until completely smooth. Let it cool for a few minutes so it is just warm.
Mix Wet Ingredients: Whisk the brown sugar, whisked eggs, and vanilla extract directly into the melted chocolate mixture until smooth and well combined.
Fold Dry Ingredients: Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt right into the bowl. Using a spatula, gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture just until combined. Do not overmix, or the brownies will lose their fudgy texture.
Bake: Pour the smooth batter into your prepared pan and level the top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. When done, the edges should be set, but the center will still be slightly soft. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out with a few moist, sticky crumbs (not wet batter).Cool and Slice: Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before lifting them out using the parchment paper.
Slice into 16 squares and enjoy!
