Gavin, what I appreciate about you brother is that you are in the arena. It’s easy to appear pious by staying out of the fray, but you don’t do that. You dive right in and maintain a spirit a gentleness even while being bold. That strikes me as being very Christlike. I don’t say this to flatter you, but to encourage you to press on. Truly grateful for your ministry and how it helps grow assurance in the Gospel for your subscribers.

I think these raw conversations by smart and articulate Christians are better than formal debates. It reveals the heart and motives better than polished arguments, and highlights to me the shared desire for salvation and for God to save others while clinging to what one believes in good conscience to be true.
