HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA

When I press like button it turns into spoon and fork lmao

For many of us, ground beef is a staple in our meals… not steak or shrimp.  Thank you for this.

I'm a senior and my freezer is full of ground beef. I buy it from a local farm, a bit more pricey than what's in the grocery stores, but it's excellent quality. This is so helpful, you have no idea.

Thank you for all your videos.  I really enjoy them.  Don’t change your format.  This is perfect and really what we all need.  Regular, awesome dishes we can all make.  Thanks.

As a returning college student on his own for the first time in years, who really doesn't want to just eat at the cafeteria all the time

This is exactly what I need

One quick-and-easy thing my late father used to make was "ground beef and gravy." He'd break and brown the beef up with some onions and bell peppers, then add a bit of beef broth with a corn starch slurry to make the gravy. He'd usually serve it with some baked potatoes. I miss it. Haven't had it in like 12-13 years. One of those things that feel "sacred" or just particular to Dad, y'know?

The reason why there isn't a good guide how to say köfte is because all the different culture who make it say it differently! So, don't stress it.

And thank you for the sumaç!

Ian - cooking tip from my Grandmother (from Hawaii) keep ginger in freezer. Grate as needed! No peeling

Appreciate you too…thanks for everything you do ❤ you are a legend!

I'm a huge fan of ground beef (and chicken, turkey, and pork). When someone asks me how I like my steak, I usually reply, "ground into a burger".

These weekly videos are a treat.😍😋 The length is perfect. ❤ The meat puns were hilarious. 😁

For spreading out the kofta mixture, I just use a second pan on top with parchment between them and press down. It's easy to give the bottom of a pan a quick clean

Never would've thought of using ground beef for one of my fav takeout orders (Mongolian Beef). Thanks for this!

Groundbeef with white rice is one of my guilty pleasures. Easy, quick and delicious. Add some sweet fried plantains on the side and you will probably accend

2:30 Cat!!!

I just use a vegetable peeler for ginger skin. So easy and quick lol.

The burger things are very similar to eastern(at least its made here) European dish which is called "polpeti" but the difference is that we don't use panco but just bread pieces socked in water and then its beef cooked onions, the watered bread and an egg. It is made without a sauce tho.
