I don't understand the idea that only women suffer in silence. I today ate pavement while doing work outside and didn't have my phone. I literally thought, "If I just broke my knee, no one will know for five hours. I'm not sure I can crawl back to my stairs and climb up." I did manage to get up, I called and asked for someone for help on the last part of the chores, where all the collective pain from the impact had just made me not even want to eat my lunch at two in the afternoon and I was given a dismissive answer (by a man, by the way, so not bashing women.) I just said "Okay" and handled it.

Wife came home and asked if I was okay, but then dismissed the other parts, where I was frustrated with this being my only day off for the next two weeks and it was wrecked...cause I got her requested chore items done. I didn't respond in violence. I just held a hand up as she was telling me I need to just let it go and recognize how good I really have it when I've been nothing but body blowed for the last few weeks and just said "I can't do this right now." She was happy to have me walk away. Sorry for dumping here, I had to say it somewhere.

We're not all violent. Sometimes we just accept no one cares.

Then these same women demand men to care and pander to their issues.

Fuck those women who dont respect men's mental health month, and same the other way around, but respect to those who dont respect people because they dont respect others

Here’s the thing these women don’t understand;

mentally healthy men  don’t abuse women, don’t beat women, don’t abuse or beat children, don’t assault people, don’t violate or terminate people, etc.

If they actually made men’s mental health a priority and actually gave a damn if their dads, brothers, sons, or just any guy around them was okay; all the problems they claim to have with men would actually make some major progress towards being solved.

in their eyes doing anything for men is taking away from women. If all men really and I mean REALLY wanted to take away women's rights what are women gonna do? cause all it really takes for women to lose their rights is for men to say "no more"

I'd like to start by saying: For all the guys here that are going through stuff; it gets better. Don't add to the suicide count or rate. It doesn't take away pain. It add more. I really really hope you guys can push through and finish the race strong, happy and proud of yourself. You can put yourself first at times. You got this brother!!!

Personally, I don't tell people my problems except those I trust. If I have a problem, I read my Bible, write it down, workout, or just straight chill.
Personally I don't make a big deal about Mens mental health month because its just going to affect my mental because of the people shown in this video. I acknowledge it and move on.

We all go through different things that others won't. It doesn't need to be one sided. Doesn't need to be 2 sided.

But its important to note how we all handle things differently. I've been cheated on, lied to, attacked by women, but that doesn't change my views on them. I love my mother, my 3 sisters, and my gf. I don't clump them immediately as a bunch of whores and idiots. I just leave and move on. I've also known and been around guys who do that stuff. All I do is leave them and move on.

I've been on the receiving end of being told that my mental health doesn't matter from both men and women. It's even worse when the man who was doing that was my own father. He tried to turn one of my own sister's against me to create this facade that everything is fine to his now new wife. It's part of the reason why I've gone no contact with him, He's a manipulative narcissist who would rather create a lie to make things seem fine to his wife instead of trying to help his son deal with one of the key issues of his mental health.

The things he caused were due to Physical and mental abuse plus abandoning me and my mother and yet still trying to keep a relationship going with my two siblings.

So yeah... I shouldn't have to go into the stuff with females because that ties back into my awful Ex-Girlfriends.

I try to manage but someday I just completely break down. I'm honestly glad I haven't tried to end myself because of how much it does hurt, the weight of everything just crashing down on me. Mind you, I've been to therapy multiple times to try and sort things all out, hasn't really helped me much. Also doesn't help when I was labeled a psychopath by one when I was still a kid. Yes, I've been seeing therapists since I was a child.

Honestly, It's because of people like you Mari who keep me going right now. You and a few others have done more to keep me going than what most of those therapists have
