The problem of being a man: Everytime we show vulnerability or being mentally ill, we always get mocked and laughed at. This shows how little society cares about our feelings.

this is why our mental health is so bad we are treated like shit

just mentioning "happy men's health awareness month" is more than enough to make many random commenters happy
it shows just how many needs to hear that at least once

A little historical "fun" fact:

Men have only been legally recognized as victims of r@pe for 14 years. In 2012, the FBI changed their legal definition of the term, which had required you to be a woman for it to be classified as r@pe.

The worst thing about having a mental illness as a guy is that almost everyone expects you to behave like you don’t have one.

Everyone deserves mental health awareness

These people confuse being emotionally stable with being a crybaby, which is funny because the people confusing the two are probably more emotionally unstable than the people they are criticising

By the way thank you for talking about this

mentioning men's mental health month is a bright beacon that brings out the women with mental issues, like moths to the flame.

This all boils down to the societal idea that men are disposable. Through all of human history we have been disposable.

@axelmilan4292 2 months ago

Gee, it's almost like spending 50+ years brainwashing women to hate men while also telling men they're evil has serious repercussions!

“Putting men’s mental health month in the same month as pride month is ment to silence queer people!!!”

I once saw a YouTube short of the Dadvocate talking about a counter question to the “man vs bear” circus. The question is this… “Would you rather share your feelings with a woman or a tree?” Take a wild guess what men are choosing.

men are like concrete

“even if they can hold thousands of people. they crack, most of the time internal. and that doesn’t mean its weak”

men are like bridges

they are tough yet you know what all bridges have? support. and thats what keeps them from drowning

35:37 an anime woman cares about me, I'm no longer depressed :)

Always remember when someone tries to stay that men are just trying to take attention away from pride month...

Men's Mental Health Awareness month literally predates pride month.

Baby Trapping is super real and more prevalent than most know which is why blood tests should be done at birth. Also Antwone Fisher is based on a man who was treated horribly by his Aunt, I believe.
