Chads disappointed face when hearing the actual drum part is PRICELESS 😂

I think Drumeo purposefully picked a song with minimal drums to F with him at this point lol he can’t help himself even during the listening part to just “do SOMETHING” where there’s nothing. Dude has turned restless legs into a career.

Chad by name Chad by nature.

His version is 1000x better in one take. Wow.

"He can show up at any gig and just play it.." Well he does my man, he has many small concerts that he organizes called Chad Smith and Friends and shows up at Josh and Friends and they just play whatever they want. These gigs are amazing, last one I went there were 200 people max and I was standing 1ft away from Chevy Metal's guitar player and 3ft from Chad rocking to old rock classics. I love his energy and his work, its another level. Theres another concert in September, I'll make sure to get some video for ya!

The craziest part is he somehow just knows where all the little weird accents or deviations from the normal patter should be 🤦‍♂️ I've seen both of these Chad vids many times but they always give me goosebumps

Chad really is something. So under the radar for quite a few, although the drumeo performances have certainly helped in that regard lol.

SSS+ tier with some tremendous abilities for active listening, being bold, and ability to pivot / inprovise / anticipate. His 40+ years playing, certainly he hasn't slacked at all.

you can tell he's so frustrated in wanting the song to go somewhere further

Nice react, but top tip - react to full vid and edit down as necessary. You missed out more of Chad’s take and some nice bits. We were wanting more 👍

And you didn't know their most popular song? Well, well

Yo, dear Jason!
What's that E Drumkit in the Back🤔
Looks a little bit like the Donner DED 200 Max or an Upgraded Alesis Nitro Max...
And btw...
Yes! Chad is a Monster on the 🥁
Have you already seen the DRUMEO Video with him and the "Barbie" Song?
F××kin' Awesome 😂

You missed his solo

The best part of the gig was fixing to come up can you stop the video I don't know why it's Chad Smith you should have just let it play through

U missed the best part 😭

My guy, you missed reacting to the best bit of the vid... Mate... How Chad and the rest of the Peppers go about arranging songs etc... Just for that it won't be a "like" but at least you got a comment - and in YouTube currency, that's worth more 🤣

Why THE FUCK would you end it there?

The best part is the end when he takes half time (original) and destroys this song!!

Another reactor that does not react to the whole video and who misses out on the best part of the video. 😔

By jove what precision.
