It’s crazy how they’ve absolutely ran Halo into the ground

As someone that worked at GameStop during the PS2-360 era, it’s WILD to see where Halo and Gears are as series right now.

It's crazy that a "Halo Studios" exists, but they are no longer handling new Halo entries.

Maybe someday, with the absolute trash that Saints Row and Dragon Age became, people might learn. That taking the signature personality out of your franchise, and trying to appeal to everyone, actually pleases no one.

Call of Duty was ruined years ago at this point and Capcom is cooking on a Dino Crisis remake right now trust

Duke Nukem Forever as a development story will never not make me depressed.

Rock band hit even HARDER than Guitar Hero.  It was developed by the same people who made GH 1 and 2 and actually pushed the genre forward at the time.

I'm looking forward to relive these days with STAGE TOUR which you don't seem to know about.  We're getting a brand new title from RedOctane in December with a full band kit available.

He's not kidding this time, he's actually Frank.

After they allowed ai generated assets in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 I fully expect Activision to somehow make the state of Halo even worse than it already is. I'll just stick to MCC and hope we eventually get a new Quake.

Isn’t Stage Tour meant to be the Guitar Hero revival? It comes out in December

Duke Nukem Forever is the least offensive bad game. I actually enjoyed it more than what the Steam reviews would suggest. But then, I exclusively play FPS with some rpg here and there, so I can enjoy even eurojank and "bad" fps

Parasite Eve is pretty much in the same void that Dino Crisis is.

I wish Square and Capcom could bring those back (at least the first game of each series loll)

I could see a Dino Crisis remake when Capcom is done with Onimusha tho.. Not so sure for Parasite Eve

EA's NHL series. It is so so bad, I don't even know who is buying it at this point.

For me, there’s no Game Series that got ruined the most, as much as Borderlands.

That series is… somewhat, controversial. Even more then games like Halo or Saints Row. But for a while, it used to be one of the more fun FPS shooters of its time. Heck, the fact that it had a more cel shaded art style, mixed with the Mad Max aesthetic and Sitcom Writing, made it stand out from your shooter by that point.

The original Borderlands is whatever… but I still have a fondness, over it’s first two sequels, as well as enjoying the Telltale spin off (Tales from the Borderlands). Unfortunately, by the end of the decade, it started to go downhill Borderlands 3… then we got a couple crappy spin offs like a sequel to Tales from the Borderlands (But it wasn’t made by Telltale, since they lost the license, following their bankruptcy) and then the movie happened… which sucked (It actually broke me, mentally & emotionally). And then almost nobody including myself didn’t give a crap about Borderlands 4. Man the series is basically dead.

Looking back, early Borderlands games didn’t exactly age well, but at least they had a consistent level, being “charming”. That’s something I can’t say for the rest of the series. Plus, Gearbox (who created Borderlands and made Duke Nukem Forever) is a very controversial studio. If you thought Halo’s been getting worse in recent years, It’s downfall is more tamed, in comparison to how Borderlands got ruined.

Bro has the best intros

Saints row was such a sad story...saints row games upto 4 really rivalled gta...it was just theast entry where the series lost its way...

hell yeah another tubular video

8:00   Saints '70s , we barely have any GTA-like game set in the 70s, save for The Godfather II or Mafia III.  But we get a deeper, yet a litle serious dive for the story, yet while still focusing on the funk, discos, and maybe even, god forbid an M rated game cover the Xxual Revolution.  Still keep the humor, maybe like a Threes Company style humor...I dunno I'm just trying to cook some sort of dish here.

Totally tubular

DINO CRISIS 3 had a whole revamp cause of 9/11 they were gonna follow 2's story but they started over 😭 and it changed a lot (for worse) 😭😭
