Love your honesty. One of the most genuine vehicle repair videos out there

Your honesty is while I still watch you mate, don't beat yourself up sell for parts sell as as is get your money back result 👍

the sound on engine bay was from the rocker arms failing, it’s common on 2018’s b9 model , not all of them have that issue but this one definitely has that.

End time on ebay was wrong.
Auction finishing at 10 39am 😅 everyone is at work. You need to finish any ebay auction on a Friday evening about 8pm or a Sunday about 5pm.
Lesson learnt 😢

Oh no please don't get rid of it! This would make for an awesome build series! You'll get your money back and more

"A comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing ever grows there" - you're growing Dean, and that's a wonderful thing. Shake it off and learn from the experience but don't be afraid to go back for seconds because next time might be very different. As with any gamble, you've got to be able to afford the potential losses but if you know when to hold-em and when to fold-em then you're in a strong position either way.

Maybe just hang on it it and rebuild it, I'd love to see a series on that.

Keep it, put it away somewhere and use it for future projects as you sent the previous Audi engine off to get repaired... Like you said in the video it's got lots of goodies on it

Don't sell it, rebuild it & make it super faster. Just get another shell n bring it to life again

Chris Slix should buy it. Gotta be better than the Porche he did. And I do say that as an actual fan. Good luck with this buddy.

I sell on ebay regularly and its crazy how many non paying idiots there are out there, proper makes the blood boil.

All that glitters isn't always gold, or something like that I was once told. Sorry to hear this went south on you Dean, you must be one of the honest guys on YouTube.

I know you have lots of projects but I for one would love to see you restore this and I would also like a few tickets when it’s on competeforcars 🤣🙏

Why don't mechanics force manufacturers to insert dip sticks.. its ludicrous  not having one

Congrats on 300k Subs Dean, very well deserved.

Waiting for the day Dean gives himself a rest and buys something light damaged with a quick easy turnaround 😂

If you ever want someone to come help you for a few weeks/months let me know. I can do mechanical and bodywork stuff so should be able to help out with most things.

Keep it and save it whenever you can! We can wait and would love to follow the journey

Congratulations on 300k subscribers Dean - Well and truly deserved 👌
