Guys I somehow forgot to mention this in my yap sesh but I’m gonna be posting daily updates on ig if you wanna follow along!! I’ll probably stick to weekly video updates on yt :)

Thanks so much for watching. Today was a tough drawing day for me too- you aren’t alone!!❤

It’s my first time trying to complete Peachtober too😬

I love all your thought process going into this. These seem like great ideas to set yourself up for success. It's interesting that I could relate to every single one of your previous pitfalls. I have not finished a challenge yet, but I did most of Drawing Parade last year and I'm proud of it. I'm doing it again this year and I'm struggling today. This was a wonderful video to feel like I am not drawing alone.

I really love the thumbnail sketches of your prompts! They look so cute the way they are already!!
I believe in you finishing Peachtober this year!

Thank you for this lovely video that kept me company. I'm a first time watcher and I think I'll stay because I find your linework inspirational!

I resonated with everything you said so hard! I'm attempting my 3rd year of Peachtober, I always went way too detailed and didn't do enough pre drawing. This year I'm doing a mini drawing in the monthly section of my journal to keep it really simple and approachable. Excited to draw along with you! :) Also I love all the texture in your Oak drawing, I think it turned out great!

Good luck! You can do it ;)

❤❤😮😮🎉WAOOO SOO CUTE ND BEAUTIFUL ART OF CRAFTS JUNK JOURNAL ITEMS AESTHETICS ❤❤😮🎉

I'm drawing Peachtober too this year (again),  I think last time I drew 20 days of 31. This year I'm trying to draw even simpler. Your sketches and ideas look so clean!!

I need to lock in like this because I also never finish these.

I have yet to finish any October art challenge.  This year I am doing a combo from 3 lists, cuz I wanted words I could draw something for without stressing over a word that I dont relate to. I am hoping by doing a combo from Inktober, Peachtober and Doodlewash I will be able to complete it this year!  We can do this! Cant wait to see all your little artworks!! 💪💎

I did peachtober 2022 but stopped after day 4 lol😅. After that I didn't do any challenge. This time I'm doing inktober. I'm also planning to keep it simple and focusing on learning and applying value composition. If I'm taking a lot of time and stressing on the final look of the art then I step back and tell myself that my main goal is to complete this challenge.

I already screwed myself by not planning over last month and not giving myself enough constraints and I already spent too long on day one, but I’m telling myself I can make some days more simple, but I’m determined to not let it set me back, I think if it really starts to feel like a chore I will pivot to birdtober for something lower pressure

I’m doing kwafitober and I forgot to draw yesterday lol 😂 it went completely out of my mind! But I feel very similar to you with it being all or nothing. But I’m giving myself grace and the drawing challenge I’ve chosen gives you days off in between drawings so it doesn’t feel as intense. I hope one day I can do one like peachtober. I always plan to do drawing challenges but then get overwhelmed at the first hurdle. But I’m determined to try this month and just enjoy it ❤ I love your work!

I suffer exactly the same failings as you in regards these drawing challenges, and this year I’m keeping it small so that it IS fun, my days are actually the size of your planning ones 😂 I don’t think the pressure is entirely self manufactured though for those partaking, it’s a huge thing in regards promotion for artists wanting to grow online and only the ‘go big or go home’ entries will get that attention and that pushes the bar ever higher for the standards involved. Seeing other people’s work makes you feel inadequate when you’re just trying to keep it small and fun which kinda kills the creativity I think too 🤔

Good Luck 🤩 I wanted to do inktober this year for the first time but I failed to prepare. I think I'm gonna be easy on myself and start late 🥲 better late than never right? 🙃

I'm so excited to see what you create! Going to follow you over on Instagram as well! I am doing peachtober aswell!
