OMG!  I was so excited to find you!  You are speaking to my heart with your choice of designers and fabric.  Not many YouTubers use or feature what I call reproduction fabrics.   And I can never get enough of Jo Morton!  Thanks so much for sharing!

Darlene, I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed going through this journey with you! It was so interesting and I was disappointed when it was over!  The story about your quilt shop was so captivating and a “challenge” that you took on and succeeded! Thank you for sharing your story with your dedicated followers like me!

Love, love, love this video! I have watched you over the years doing your floss tube. I usually watch it on TV and I don't have the option to comment off that I made sure I did this off my phone because I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the time you take to show us your beautiful Work this really inspired me to get back into my sewing room. I'm an avid cross her chair and that's kind of taken over my life. Keep them coming, Darlene. You are an excellent instructor. Your color choices are phenomenal so excited to see your next inspiration for each of us. CHALLENGE 🎉❤🥳🤗🥰

I used to cross stitch but don’t anymore. There is a limit to how many you can display. I stumbled on your video and I loved it. Like you were just chatting instead of a production. Please do more quilt tube. Quilting is where my heart is. I love the challenge of it and a final product that is useful whether for warmth or display. I love that you mentioned giving quilts to a hospice group. When I belonged to the local guild. The price of membership each year was to make a child size quilt. They were donated to the sheriffs office because when children are taken from homes and put in foster care, they have nothing. They’re not allowed to bring anything. The police keep some of our quilts in their cars and give to the kids so they have something that’s theirs. That’s what I love about quilting, using the craft to meet basic human needs and spread a little love

I absolutely loved seeing all of your wonderful projects and hearing about your quilting journey. I can’t tell you how many times I stopped your video to go search for a pattern! Thank you inspiring me to get back to my sewing machine. The challenge now will be what to start first. Happy quilting.

Hi Darlene.  Loved your show of unfinished quilts and fabric choices.  Your mind must be reeling every day with new ideas - a creative mind that just won't quit :)  Looking forward to future videos.  Just checked into your Etsy site and blown away by your exquisite cross stitch patterns as well.

Loved your video, as I am very small quilt favorable!  Looking forward to seeing more!

Research tells us that the brain gets a healthy rush of dopamine when one finishes a project. The size of the project doesn’t matter. I’m so happy to have found your YouTube channel and I look forward to seeing more of your work! All the best to you!

I love the Log Cabin with the tilted 9 patches!

Hello Darlene.  Just discovered your channel this morning.  Post #2 popped up on my feed, so I went back to watch your first post first.  Your WIP’s are beautiful and I love your selections.  I love EPP the best….guess that’s why I got your second post.  I have never focused on miniature quilts…I always think of bed or throw sizes to wrap up my loved ones. Best wishes on your new QUILTY channel.

What an enjoyable video! Thank you for sharing 💕

So glad your first quilt video came up in my feed!  Enjoyed seeing all the quilts and have always liked Jo Morton, so I appreciated seeing her influence in your smalls.  Such a challenge to name a favorite! 🙂

Challenge. First time viewer and I just loved your video. Your log cabin quilt with the 9 patch is so beautiful!!

That was very enjoyable, Darlene! I'm definitely a quilter and a stitcher.
I started both in the late 70's and 80's.  From 2000 till covid I was mostly quilting but like so many, when that happened , I hit cross stitcher hard and haven't let up. The real challenge is getting some of both done!!!

Hello Darlene from Ontario! This was just wonderful to see your Quilty Tube!  Thanks so much for taking the time to share your beauties & your heart warming quilting history. I have quite the quilting stash with one of your patterns in my queue to start!  I hope we'll see more of your Quilty Tubes !!!
