Neal Jeffs and Rachael Elliott take to Green Park parkrun - the parkrun which Neal always believed was unguidable. It's one of the most vocal parkruns ever on one of the most complex courses ever. Can we make it round in one piece?

This is insane, by PB is 20:23 on the track, I see a blind lady doing close to this on a parkrun out of hell, blind, with absolute chad of a runner guiding her.

Well done Racheal great running Neil is a absolute beast with his commands, when he shouts out people take note so happy for you that u have him so u can continue your running , puts things into perspective really we all take our vision for granted i guess. Anyway did my 35th parkrun on sat so im well hooked now.

20:51 ha! That was me and I'd heard you all run! Was more a case of knowing you were really close by and not wanting to get in the way! 😂

Great video, im registered SSI and my heart rate goes up just watching these busy parkruns. I prefer my local at Swaffham, we had 36 people today lol you would come 1st or 2nd most weeks with that time, well done 🙂
