My most expensive investment is officially out of action. In this video, I break down exactly what went wrong with the £1,000,000 setup, the reality of repair costs in large-scale landscaping, and whether this "dream" project has turned into a financial nightmare. Authentic, raw, and behind-the-scenes—this is the side of the business you don't usually see.

You mentioned previous poor quality render , soft and installed incorrectly, but you’ve applied your new products over the top of approx 70 % .. surely it should have been stripped right back to bare wall first . Just an opinion. Any reason why they didn’t remove it all ..

It's incredible watching people who care about what they do. Fair play, Jack's passion and dedication to ensuring his companies work is immaculate is so refreshing. He's also amazing on camera fair play. Loved this episode

Red flag for me that the prior coating wasn't completely removed. Hopefully I'm wrong and it lasts without issue.

The finish is so much better than the before finish. The quality of workmanship second time round, the preparation, the detail. Another level ⬆️ Well done jack and team 👏

I think the real problem was the original render was too thick so it couldn't cure allowing chucks to fall off or surfaces to feel spongy later. I'm guessing that the product either needed some air contact to cure, got moisture in it, or wasn't properly mixed to chemically cure beneath the surface.

Ahh the old spray the silicone with soap trick, when you're supposed to spray your tools, spraying the silicone just leaves unadhered edges for water to creep in

Now that looks sturdier!! With all that workmanship and protection, I’m sure something won’t go wrong in the future, and actually, it looks better. I prefer the light contrast of the wall to the darker floor. ❤❤

Jake definitely knows his stuff and it’s great to see a good tradesman and this render looks alot cleaner and tidier for sure so sorry the previous times it’s failed but just shows poor prep means poor results!💚💚

Wow, I can't believe the hassle you've had with the sunken seating area. That finish though! Pure class.

Love the explanation of why the product has failed. Attention to detail and taking pride in your work - Jack needs to become a member of the team!!

Great video that. The finish looks mint. 👌. Sorry to hear it failed again bud , but its also great how you dont shy away from showing when it does for openess and honesty. Also shows great resilience and persistence to keep on wanting to get it right. 🎉❤

A lot of work, propsntonthat, and properly done, no shortcits..... Excpetnin the actual finishing, looks well shabby.

That result looks so much cleaner cut, and sharper than the original. Sometimes the road to the destination is not a straight line, but takes a detour…. But you get there in the end.
