Man I want the MIJ Birch Custom Absolute so bad lol, those drums are getting more and more rare every year.

Seeing those drums sitting on concrete in the warehouse pokes my OCD.

Your shop looks amazing. I was the drum guy in a combo MI shop on Mass
Ave in Boston across the street from Berklee for 27 years. I wish I could have kept my area close to as nice as your place. Your separation and commitment to brands should make the manufacturers love you imo. The lighting, presentation, and attention to detail is excellent. It is obvious that the crew takes ownership of the job and I’m sure that is a draw for your customers and building personal trade.
That other shop that you visited from here seemed sterile and the fact that you weren’t greeted shows a “ too cool for school” mentality. You will always win with positive energy and vibe.
I just bought the Tama new Spartan hi-hat stand. Talk about attention to detail. Love it!!

Nice shop! Hopefully you’ll start carrying the new “Keough Drums”, hand built in England by Master Drum builder Keith Keough, founder of BDC!! It was interesting to see the Signia 75th kit, they actually built 150 I believe. I owned #75, which was cool! You also showed. TAMA “Blackout” snare drum which was cool. I actually customized my own Signia “Blackout” which included Black lug posts and even black wrapped head rings. It looked amazing once finished and of course sounded awesome.

Jake, if you’re favourite drummer of all time is Ash Soan, you need to listen to more music.
Nothing against Ash at all, I think he’s great, but there has been some incredible drummers some no longer with us, some that are.
John JR Robinson, Jeff Porcaro, Vinnie Colliuta just 3 off the top of my head.
