Absolutely agree with you regarding the Mapex cancelled order. 👏🏻

The neck on some people! I’m a self employed tradesman, the stuff I’ve had said to me regards pricing is actually outrageous at times, and there’s those who just don’t even reply at all once they have a quote.
I learned that there’s no shortage of people who have no hesitation in wasting your time.
Shame really, but it’s not just you, different sectors same issues.
Anyway, rant over, keep on crushing it Jake 💪🏻

What a week!! 🫠

Sorry to hear about your roof, though glad to hear nobody was injured… 😬

A “Character Building Experience”…

Stay Blessed 💕🙏🏾

Your videos always make this business venture look like so much fun and great things always happening, was wondering if you guys ever have a bad week, sorry to hear you did. I wish we had a shop like yours in my town in Illinois, but I would probably wind up broke and living in an old Sonor bass drum box if we did lol. Sending love from the states, chin up mates!

Really sorry to hear about the roof, Jake. What a nightmare! Good luck getting back to normal ASAP x

Gutted for you on the roof collapse having seen the amazing work you did on the shop!😩 knowing you guys it’ll be back better than before!👍 As for dodgy customers, some people are just shameless…don’t let it grind you down, keep smashing it!😀👍

That was me who rang lol

Another great vlog guys! Gutted for you about the ceiling, hope you get it back to normal asap, you didn’t deserve that after all the work you put in to making the store look as good as it does. Re. the cancelled order, that must so frustrating ( don’t think I could have been so articulate and calm about that on camera Jake) you obviously spent loads of time with this customer demoing different kits etc. Similar things happening with all musical instruments. There’s so few stores to actually try out and compare different brands, woods etc, are we all supposed to buy “ blind” online in the future. I bought a guitar in a Manchester store last week, the staff member was patient and helpful and let me try a few before I decided on my fav. I went online to view some specs and saw it cheaper on a couple of sites, but there was no way I would have walked out and ordered it online given the effort they put in. All I will say to any of your customers is be careful what you wish for, going too cheap will eventually mean you will have to forfeit any chance to try before you buy. Well done everyone, I will get over from Lancashire at some point.

I knew it was coming....

Are the sparkle finishes on the Tama w/b kits wrap or lacquer??? They look beautiful.

I think it is so unfair to use the shop for testing and then buy it somewhere else. Head up lads (and ladies)

What the heck is the difference between a POUND AND A QUID?🤔

That sucks about the MAPEX customer! 8 keep saying that I don't have any drum shops near me in Saint Petersburg Florida here except a Guitar Center, which doesn't have the service, knowledge or community feel. I've bought and then sold Cymbals, pedals, sticks and drums because I can't touch or hear the pieces I buy online. I'm so envious. I'd purchase from you guys but the shipping is pretty high due to our PUNK ASS POTUS POTUS

🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Some customers eh (Mapex) , I guess he thinks he won't ever want to come back to the store to try anything else, as you won't waste your time with him again, the cheak of it.
🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

On other things, such a downer about the ceiling having just got the shop referb finished and all that extra hard work you all put in.
