I'm gonna be blunt, absolutely love how direct and critical Camila was on that postcast. It feels so good seeing someone just saying "No, that's fucked up. Seriously." To her face.

i genuinely can’t believe that she LAUGHS while being confronted with the fact that her own CHILDREN don’t have beds. disgusting.

it’s so funny how the host so visibly does NOT like Ashley and Ash never picks up on it. The host perfectly pulls off ‘kind enough to not make you mad but i’ll still be real with you’ and i love it

The way she talks about her children without using their names when they're literally next to her is so weird. To even say "THE oldest one" instead of "MY oldest" is so dehumanizing

@real_reldai 1 year ago

im only twenty minutes in but i cant get past how strange it is she keeps using "the little one" and "the big one" instead of their actual names; it's almost as if shes talking about them not with them.

Regarding these poor girls’ father:
I think it’s important to mention how he passed away. This man suffered and died from Leukemia. That’s an extremely difficult illness to watch a loved one slowly succumb to.
Ashley is heartless.

"My daughter's former friends are jealous because they don't go to school anymore-- I mean, they're homeschooled."

Freudian slip.

Also, she wasn't a nurse.She worked as a secretary at a dentist office.

I’m their cousin. Imagine cutting them off because you don’t want to be apart of the “fame” because we all have the same last name then getting accused for wanting fame that’s why you unfollowed and blocked them…she married my uncle which is her first husband that passed from cancer. Since we live in a small town and we have the same common name we were all getting bullied. We just want peace. We want her to stop talking about my uncle and letting him rest in peace.

The podcast interviewer was really wonderful with her kids - asking them questions and engaging with things they're interested in. She seems more interested in those kids than their mother.

as someone who was a shy, self conscious tween once I felt for these girls so much seeing how they were sitting on the couch just tense and uncomfortable and nervous laughing as like some kind of unconscious self soothing mechanism. Their ages are hard ones for most girls in so many ways so I hope their grandparents are a strong support and help them cope and grow through this mess

I have no muscle mass, asthma, and broke my shoulder this year. Just this week I bought and assembled my bed frame in a day, moving my bed out and moving the box frame out back of the house in the snow. If I can do that for myself then she could do it for her kids. “I don’t have a man around” you don’t need a man to do this basic stuff

Who believes that Ash is home schooling her daughter? She is online 24/7 so when is she preparing the lessons each day and supervising her work? She has set her child up for a very difficult life as she is not only a high school drop out but she dropped out after 9th grade. Her employment opportunities will be very limited. Ash has failed her children in all parts of life. A parents job is to prepare their child/children to thrive in life as adults. She has done the opposite of that in every aspect of life. She is a disgrace as a person, a mother, a friend and a wife.

Camilla's stance from going "Ayo, we got a controversial person here, should give good clicks.", but then, props to her, asking critical questions, and her realising: "This is actually a terrible person and a horrible mother, what. the. heck." is crazy btw. The host probably figured during the interview, that she wasn't faking for clicks, for views, that's why she calling Ashley a beggar and offered to buy these girls a bed. Seriously, it almost felt like Camille was this 🤏close to call CPS herself or adopt these girls on the spot.

The fact that the podcast host is offering to buy this millionaire's children beds with her own money and Ash is not horrifically ashamed by how incompetent that makes her look is disgusting. These girls deserve so much better.

My mom didn't have a proper bed and yet she made sure I had one...
I have a step dad,and the first thing she did before committing to the relationship at first,was make sure I will have my own space in the house,and I can be comfortable,I don't understand how ash can be so immature towards her own children

Im super grossed out that this woman dragged her children (who are in middle school and surrounded by kids who can and will bully them) onto a podcast. I hope they get taken in by someone who truly loves and respects them.

We need to normalize calling out bad parents. As a parent myself, we need to stop enshrining people who treat their kids like garbage. Not everyone should be a parent and i think we'd have a better world if we stopped pressuring people who have no business being parents into having kids. Some parents are doing their very best with little to no resources, and i have so much compassion for that, but others will hide behind their status as a parent to excuse outright abuse.

@hospitable_ghost 1 year ago

"I've been taking care of you since you were born." she says like it's an accomplishment or anything to brag about...and not the bare minimum to keep your ass out of jail when you choose to become a parent.
