I am mind blown that you are not only hosting and cooking a feast from scratch, but you’re doing it while looking nice… in a clean home… WHILE FILMING AND NARRATING!!! I might be able to do any 2 of those things but not all 5! Idk if I should be inspired or just give up now lol. How do you keep your mind so calm and organized? (I mean there was the graham cracker mishap but that is negligible). You’re doing amazing- so happy to see your channel grow.

My husband is always telling me that I shouldn't plan so much to cook on holidays so I'm not running around trying to get things done. But now, I can't help it! Lol. You have given some amazing side dish recipes that I will be making for our Thanksgiving. No more canned green bean casserole. I love cooking too! Thank you so much!❤️☕

This is me interrupted by kids, ""you guys, do you want me to cook delicious meals, ok ,then I have to watch this so I can do that" bless their heart, yours and mine. You are an amazing cook, mostly I watch you because of your beautiful personality. I don't care what you cook, you are a joy to watch

Dear Christine and everyone else whos afraid to use the mandolin. That tool is your best friend but you have to lay the mandolin over a container evenly. Just slightly keeping your vegetable in place with the little plastic helper that comes with it. If you get serrated blades you can even grate cheese or carrots. The trick is literally to not hold it but lay it atop of something ❤

The editing, lighting, aesthetic, transitional music, text…all of it…is such a dream!! I love your videos so much. So glad I found you. I’ll never miss a video moving forward!

We don’t so thanksgiving here in Scotland but I would do this for a nice Autumn Sunday dinner. And just to tell you Guy-ere has a silent e at the end my lovely ❤

I had no idea of the tongzhong bread method you made to kick off this video. I repeated it into voice Google and I learned it makes the bread fluffier and softer but also more shelf stable. That's a notable advantage if you are prepping ahead for a holiday or even if you bulk bake for everyday use. What a simple alternative to preservatives.

I’ve recently stumbled across your channel and you’re such a great mom. You remind me of my own mother who works so hard to feed her family with delicious home cooked meals all while juggling other homemaking tasks! I still have lots of fond memories of those days. Sending you and your family lots of love and joy. ❤❤

I’ve been learning so much from your videos. Thank you for going into so much depth and providing explanations for your thought processes throughout cooking. You inspire me to cook at home more and to not get too discouraged if the recipes don’t turn out! (I get easily overwhelmed). Also, compliments on your video editing, you do great!

My MIL makes a similar ice cream dessert, but she lines the bowl with soft ladyfinger cookies. She randomly scoops ice cream and sherbet flavors so it is marbled when you slice it. Topped with homemade raspberry sauce. It’s my husband’s favorite birthday “cake”.
