Hey, it's Dex fro DHS. Nice work man, brass is quickly becoming my new favorite thing to work with. I love polystyrene, but on diecast models, it just feels out of place, and casting white metal is tricky and expensive stuff.

I was wondering why my solder kept on beading up and would not seep in like yours. Now I know, missing the flux. Thanks a bunch

Flux is there to protect the molten metal against oxygen in the atmosphere. It makes for stronger brazing.

You did not specify what type of solder lead free or not

Whats the best way to solder joints that are close together with out seperation on a previous soldered joint
