Great video. I think you need a much heavier helping-hands-stand, or maybe one that can be clamped down so it doesn't move around like that.
I have one with longer flex-type arms, clamped to a table lamp. I've seen some magnetic-base designs too.

Scanning back to the Fantik spare soldering tips they look like jcb 210 soldering tips. You were right the temperature range on the device is no optimum for work on drone components without purchasing additional equipment & supplys.

I have been soldering for 4 years and I used helping hands and tweezers, however the tools seems too clunky and makes it uncomfortable as I cannot feel using touch. I ended up just using my left hand to hold both components while soldering, for example I put the wire in between my middle finger and the ring finger, put the xt60 between my thumb and index finger, squeeze and adjust and put a lot of flux and use 370-400 degrees, then taking the iron with my right hand and quickly press on the joint.

20:20 - Удобнее не наносить флюс отдельно шприцом, а доносить его прямо на жале паяльника с припоем. Правда, китайские паяльники постоянного нагрева это делать не умеют) Для этого нужен нагрев жала за 1-2 секунды и остывание за 10-15.
