一歩踏み出せたのは、武尊さんのおかげです。
今も横になってる状態ですが、、整えて、また介護の仕事に復帰したり、動物保護にも携わりたいし、、とりあえず体整えたいです。
強いストレスから離れる事です。 この事を日本人は理解するべきです。
私はずっとそんな感じで無理に無理を重ね、心身共に限界を超え体調を崩しました。
今、適応障害で休職していますが、生活もあるし仕事とは切り離せないのでこれからどこで働いていけばいいのかと悩んでます。
独立するなどできれば多少は自分のペースも保てそうですが、スキルもないので…。
