▶Request to those posting in the chat and comments sections
We aim for the chat and comments sections to be a place where participants can share their feelings, exchange information, empathize, and help each other. Please observe the following three points:
1. Please refrain from posting slanderous or offensive content.
2. Please avoid replies that cause offense. Many people misunderstand, so if in doubt, refrain from replying and leave your own comment.
③ Please refrain from using the phrase "I want to die" and instead rephrase it with other words (e.g., painful, painful, sad, despairing, in disbelief, loaded, etc.).
④ If you find another participant's comment offensive, please respond by doing one of the following:
(1) temporarily pausing your viewing,
(2) hiding the chat,
(3) rephrasing your comment from a critical comment to convey your own distress (e.g., "It makes me sad when someone says ____").

[About Me]
Atsumi Masahiko
Born in Mie Prefecture. Graduated from Osaka City University School of Medicine. During his residency in psychiatry, his admiration for his preceptor led him to stray from the path and pursue sleep medicine. He then strayed even further and switched to neurology. Despite his incomplete experience in various fields, he was unable to leave sleep medicine.
I established a sleep medicine department at Ueshima Clinic (Sayama, Osaka) in 2014 and have continued to do so ever since.
I suffer from low vision due to macular degeneration, a condition I've had for 30 years.
My hobbies are jogging and watching anime. While I'd love to run a full marathon in under four hours again, I haven't been able to push myself that hard.

Qualifications  Certified Sleep Medicine Specialist by the Japanese Society of Sleep Research, Certified Psychiatrist by the Japanese Society of Psychiatry and Neurology, Geriatric Psychiatrist, and Designated Mental Health Physician.
Anger Management Facilitator
