おれも凄い落ち込む時期があって武尊の言葉に凄い勇気づけられたし感謝してる。
あたかも本人がパニック起こしてるみたいな印象抱かれがちだけど脳と身体が勝手に防御反応で本人の意図せず体調が悪くなってることを一人でも多くの人に知ってほしい
自分もムエタイやってるけど、高校生時に不幸が重なって、不安障害や重度の自律神経失調症とかの病気になった。
運動すれば治る！と思い、激しい練習等してたけど、ある日身体が動かなくなった。
それで運動だけではなく、自分の心身の声をしっかり聞くことが重要だと気づいた。
時々『運動や筋トレすれば治る！』って意見あるけど、まずメンタルケアが大事。
