I've been prepping working blue collar for years and I found a plug in heated box for the job site just throw your meal in about an hour before you want to eat and its Hottt by lunch time. Ate cold meals for years 😂 best shit ever
Thank you. Im on my own now and never cooked before and am serious ab my diet. No one really taught me how to cook. This video eliminated a stressor for me.
Watched this video from start to finish. Even rewinded a couple times. You did a great job and had your helper to assist you! Great job and great video! Definitely subscribing.
Used to be a competitive bb'er but working 2 jobs so meal prep was literally life. My one addition for you...& it's just my ocd...if you turn the top of the zip-locks over a lil' you get no meat on the outside of the bag. Then gloves off to handle & seal them.
I've read adding a spoon of coconut oil in the rice while cook and then refrigerate for 24 hours it will make the rice calories half the regular amount. That is what the science says about it. So of course that is the way I always cook rice. It makes a huge difference when you are cutting calories. Just thought I'd pass that information along incase you didn't know. I know I was very happy to find that info out. Take care and have a good one
Getting the big bag of rice is such a cheat code. That's how my parents always bought it growing up and I'm surprised more people don't do it. If you have the room it's definitely the way to go.
