Literally didn't even know the VMAs were still a thing

People acting like they can’t just not go on social media for a few hours to avoid spoilers is sending me

Honestly we should just hang it up on these award shows… 🤷🏻‍♀️ celebs are already way too over praised.

I literally said to my husband “sounds like they invented an award just to give it to Taylor swift” wouldn’t be surprised she and her team told them what to create lol

I had literally no idea the VMAS were happening last night

It honestly felt like the Madonna/Taylor Swift show and it was V cringe.

I’ve never felt so old. The VMAS used to be iconic and something worth watching. I also wondered why they didn’t let Miley do the tribute to Dolly.. it would have made more sense and a nod to the VMAS in general. I ended up turning it off with 10-15 mins left

I didn’t even know Madonna released anything… Olivia was robbed

if someone else moved like this, Taylor would call them a bully. she is a mean girl, she intentionally tries to upstage and center herself in every special moment.

Here's an idea, if the show is being spoiled by accounts... then stop looking at social media until you're done watching. You don't have to be in the mix to enjoy things.

Genuinely confused as no one seems to care at all about Madonna.

I feel like this is the last year of vmas for a while

I think the VMAs invented that award just to guarantee Taylor Swift's attendance. When you're at that level, go ahead and collect those shiny meaningless monuments to your ego because soon enough you'll be replaced by someone younger, prettier, and better.
