THEIR COLLAB IS UNBEATABLE!! Chris Webby & Ren Baggage Reaction

I loved this song. Before the launch of their new song Down the Road - Inpatient, I dove into their first collab and WOW. The imagery and the story it tells of the purgatory bar is very relatable - we all have baggage that we carry with us, try to work through, and get judged for. Chris Webby and Ren deliver something genuinely HEAVY here, and this is one reaction I had to talk about it for a while and still didn't get to all of my thoughts.

"Baggage" by Chris Webby feat. Ren goes far beyond a standard rap collaboration. The purgatory bar concept is a powerful metaphor for the liminal space we all drift into when we're dealing with addiction, regret, guilt, and the weight of our past decisions.

I mean clearly these two are in sync with each other. They’re doing a whole album together, which I’m so excited about. 2pm.

You should check out "What Does Your Love Look Like" by Token and Ren. It really hits on what you were saying about the things people experience in their youth affecting their relationships and behaviour and stuff.

Ren has many talents, but I honestly think his greatest is his ability to collab and in the process, raise them both to heights they otherwise couldn't achieve.

Just a little more than three hours left until their next collab releases here on youtube... I'm so excited it's ridiculous! This is one of my favorite songs already, so seeing what they have been cooking on since is gonna be amazing. Their creative muses were soul-mates for sure and these two just hit it off from the start. Both are phenomenal lyricists too so i'm just itching here, waiting out the countdown for the album

I realized during editing that I didn't mention the main meteor of the video at all. With the people in the bar being in purgatory and the end it concludes with Ren having finished Webby drunk driving. I got it, just seemed too in your face for me to think of mentioning and talk about a lot.

FYI Stephen, Webby & Ren begin to roll out their JOINT ALBUM "Asylum" today. The Duo of Ren & Webby named themselves (Inpatient) & the 1st song from their new album; that's dropping today at 2:00pm, is called "Down The Road". It'll be a live release with both Ren & Webby online for the drop. Hope you catch it & post your reaction to the 1st of many songs to come from these two artist. ✌

5:30 ...And now everyone is about to tell you to check out Token x Ren - What Does Your Love Look Like, which was ironically shot at Webby's house.

@cindyd7005 5 months ago

I swear when Ren does collaborations the two artists end up pushing each other to perform at their best levels.

Love this one. Ren brings such great quality to every feature he does.

They just debuted their forst song "Down the Road," from their full collab album and it is FIRE!!!!

You need to watch Ren & Tokens song "What does your love look like." Completely about what you were speaking to.
