If the government has not paid the landowners, then what makes you believe that those wh9 will work on the project will be appropriately financially rewarded by the government, or will it line the elite pockets. Ruto, is known for saying one thing to gain support, then doing another thing that benefits himself and his family

The problem most Kenyans have is the deal is being done under the table without following due constitutional process for such a project. All we are asking is for the agreement contents to be made public through parliament as the constitution requires but the executive is dodgy on the matter
