3:50 the eye engraving on the lower neck are also fake, the real eye slits are right under the chin, it's more obvious in the concept art

UNSKIPPABLE thumbnail

In regards to Smough's "chin eyes". You're incorrect. These are not the eye slits that the wearer sees through. None of the eyes line up with the wearer's head. It's actually the T shaped slits on the neck that the Smough sees through. The helmet is somewhat akin to a barbute.

you're the king in yellow when you wear the xanthous set

This channel has become my new addiction.

I mean... The thumbnail really caught my eye 🤣

Never laughed harder at a dark souls video thumbnail in my life 😭

The thumbnail made me spit my drink out I laughed so hard

I’ve never read Lautrec as evil. Look at that girl, look at how long he ponders her fate, look at the fact he does help you, give you advice, all while knowing the gods betrayed us. All of us. Even his “love” that he promised himself to in ways that are more intimate than any mortal marriage. He puts a slave out of her misery, a slave unwilling to help herself, and doesn’t immediately consume it. In fact he hires bodyguards to protect it from potentially greedy invaders like you, trying to either put her back in her cell or permanently destroy her and consume her into ourselves. I think we only read him as evil because he does come off cynical, jaded and more than willing to kill at a whim, and losing her is inconvenient for us. But she isn’t living like that. Its better to leave her with him

This is an awesome channel to sleep to because of the more chill tone of the narration

19:18 "a guy wearing a fused skeleton doesn't actually scream hero to me" if you consider that Skull Knight from Berserk being the absolute hero wearing his armor that looks a lot like the one from the Dark Wraiths, and considering that Dark Souls is heavily inspired on Berserk, then it could be a very solid point that they are actually defenders of human race

armor being upgraded with twinkling titanite is actually a benefit, not a downside. you can buy them from the giant blacksmith for fairly cheap (considering the nearby silver knights drop 1000 souls each at least), and they drop from the man eating clams pretty frequently. they're by far the easiest to grind for when it comes to the special upgrade materials. if an armor set upgrades with normal titanite, you'll need a slab to max it out. there are only 3 garanteed ones in the game. not even enough to finish upgrading 1 armor set. you'll have to grind darkwraiths for them, and i've never seen them drop one. wearing twinkling armor lets you save your slabs for your weapon or shield.

That first helm/ headpiece is the most fromsoft looking thing ever 😂

@15:14 love that 999,999 damage kick LOL!!

Hearing kirk genuinely wakes me up like a fucking sleeper agent I can’t 😭😭😭

If you throw Lloyds talismans at Mimics it goes towards the count so you can get the symbol early

Funny thing. The bug with the Armor of Thorns where you stagger if you cant one hand your weapon still exist in DS3 as well. Cant remember if they fixed it for Elden Rings Briar set though.

Weird armor sets but they progressively get less weird

11:29 Unless it's Gwynevere's.
