In muncher Marathon, you don't need to jump off the spider to reach the O, instead there is a mushroom underneath that you need to hand-slap to make it appear and you bounce off of that

Every time I wake up from a nightmare I hear donkey kongs death sound.

9:49 there is a bouncie mushroom under the letter where you have to stomp to activate it.

The Levels I was expecting: 4-5 Crowded Cavern, & 6-K Perilous Passage

14:27 Villager sfx
14:30 Zombie sfx

I’m very suprised that 6-K didn’t make the list that was the hardest for me easily

But what about the temple course 6-K Perilous Passage in the Cliff world? That course is also very hard, especially in Mirror Mode!

I’ve totally enjoyed playing through this, got all the way to the end credits collecting all the Kong pieces along the way, I’m now trying to beat the shrine levels and can not get past 5-K, it’s driving me around the bend

I'm currently playing this game on the Wii for the first time... & It drives me crazy! I can't imagine anyone beating every stage in every level!

9:53 you don’t need the spider, hit the floor under the O and a bouncy mushroom will appear

I've played the series since the 90s and Returns is by far the hardest in the series. I think they made Tropical Freeze a little easier because of how frustrating this game was on the Wii. Granted, it's more accessible on the Switch, but still super difficult. I totally agree with this list.

I'm not gonna lie man. Most of these levels are alot easier when you get more used to the controls. I grew up with the original version of this game so.. I've played it for a while. May just be that. But once you get more confident with the controls, you start taking riskier jumps that make the levels a LOT easier. Also on the spider level, you didn't have to bounce on the purple spider for the letter. If you slam the ground, you can make a bounce pad thingie appear. But um... yeah most of the game is relatively easy. The K levels are usually the hardest part but there are a few that aren't even a challenge whatsoever. The one with the sliding blocks is honestly probably easier than most of world 1.

I'm still confused on how you didn't include Perilous Passage. That level made me cry when I was a kid, and age hasn't made it any easier for me to beat.

Bombs away is definitely hard, I remember it being played at a Nintendo tournament some years ago. The most annoying part about watching the professionals play it was that they were considerably worse then I was. But it was a multi game tournament and if I remember correctly they actually didn’t know the games beforehand

10:40 there is a mushroom to stomp in the ground

8:14 “Exploding Cheeries” 🤨

i honestly found level 6-k to be the hardest one in the entire game. At least it was the one I got stuck with the most.

For me most difficult are swarm marathon level, barrels level and mine cart level, I need to practice for 100 times, and buy some banana juices and kits from the shop, also, I split the task of collecting letters and collecting puzzles seperately for 2 runs.

You should try jagged jewels in mirror mode it took me several hours and it was extremely difficult but definitely the most rewarding level to finish after 200% the game

Just takes time honestly and learning how the mechanics work  but yeah some of the levels on this game is insane : subscribed: nice video
