Mas não irei usar, o negócio é tomar vergonha na cara e me esforçar para perder, mudar os meus hábitos alimentares e ser mais disciplinada.
No meu caso, tudo foi feito com acompanhamento médico aqui em Manaus. A caneta foi uma ferramenta, mas a mudança de vida veio junto.
Saí de 86 kg para 67 kg. Hoje mantenho uma alimentação rica em proteínas (140 a 160 g por dia), vitamina D e B12 corrigidas, treino musculação 5 vezes por semana, controlo minha ingestão calórica e faço bioimpedância regularmente para acompanhar a evolução.
Os resultados foram muito além da balança: deixei a obesidade, meu IMC voltou para a faixa normal, a gordura no fígado desapareceu, colesterol, triglicerídeos, insulina e marcadores de inflamação melhoraram de forma impressionante. Também aumentei minha massa muscular e sigo evoluindo.
As canetas realmente podem transformar vidas, mas elas não fazem milagres sozinhas. Alimentação, exercício físico, disciplina e acompanhamento médico fazem toda a diferença.
