Check out the rest of the World Record History Series here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLTBnoNQAebMKjfM8CjWILJT3cUwy6QKM8

Edit: Timestamps added to the description. Also, small fix, Jam19951961 is from Spain, not the US as the flag in the video shows. Sorry about that!

I watched like 3 video or so and this stuff is killer.
An hour flies by so fast.
Good stuff brother

Treyarch’s ability to make a single map miserable with 1 update needs to be studied 😂

I feel validated when I see other people are still playing these older maps as well as me. Sometimes playing them feels so..lonely. Thank you for these videos!

"Now Die rise wasnt the map you fell off of, its the map that fell off" 😭😭😭 bars

Why weren’t the zombies Asian

I miss the pre patch sliquifier. The nerf was incredibly unnecessary. If they had just left it at nerfing the Galva strat this map would've been one of the greatest high round maps of all time.

I keep coming back to watch this again. Very nice project, thank you for trying your best to present something that is a true salute to the zombies community

I’ve been begging for it. I’d do quite literally anything for a dead ops arcade speedrun history. It’s the only map that has no glitches and tests the runners’ skills to their cores to be the man on top

@landonsolley487 1 year ago

That was the greatest bar of all time “die rise wasn’t just the map you fell off of, it was the map that fell off” damn

it's wild to hear the map had such a negative reception! i wasnt connected with the wider community at the time, i just played with my lil bro. this was one of our favourite maps specifically because it was so different! sure, it has its flaws, but we always found em part of the experience rather than particularly detrimental haha

Man these WR history videos are incredible. Thank you for making these!

@cytesnda 1 year ago

my favorite map ever, long runs with friends and chaotic short attempts with randoms getting nothing done lmfao such good nights

@Jake-0011 2 years ago

This was one of the best maps because it was very unique, it also had a really cool setting, had a nice easter egg and was fun to survive on. It's easily in my top 5.

Dude nostalgia memories with the boys placing trample steams around corners so people run on it and fly off the map 🤣 .. this map was so underrated it's so good once u learn ur way around it.
