A phenomenon that will never  be repeated.  A "time-warp" before it's time.  For anyone old enough to have made it through the 30 years, it was a marvelous time in television history.  I for one, continue to watch reruns because modern TV will never come close.

No one could ever say Johnny never pulled all  the strings for a cheap laugh. It paid the bills at NBC.

50 years from now I hope younger people are watching these shows and laughing their azzes off. Thank god You Tube is around to showcase these gems.

I like to put these clips on my smart TV, and go upstairs in bed and listen to them through the ducts. Takes me back to my youth at my grandma‘s. I just wish I had a recording of her laugh to add to it.
