Para-socially jamming with your take on Maison Margiela. They’re totally hit or miss but when they hit, I love them kind of unreasonably much (and have bought not one but two bottles of discontinued Lipstick On.) The plot twist is that some of my favorites are the ones that have geosmin notes like Soul of the Forest and Up at Dawn. I love it that they’re not scared to be dirty and that they’re willing to go there over and over, but then I’m someone who loves to stay at home and change my perfume ten times a day purely to please myself. I do think Letter Never Sent will go worldwide and I’m committed to having it in my collection so I’ll probably blind buy it because I never worry about what I smell like, I just want two scents on each arm as a fragrance palette to give me a variety of interesting things to smell all day!

Edit to add that these new releases are truly SO BORING! I long for something creative and unique to smell. A few seem interesting but mostly unnecessary repeats.

I know we're here for fragrance, but just an FYI for those who also have a passion for boujee skincare, and a bit of haircare, body care, and makeup, there's a beauty Advent calendar that just dropped that's actually worth the money. it's the Dermstore 24 Days of Beauty, and it's a mix of full size and travel size products. it costs $250, but you can purchase for $200 if you're a rewards member ( it's free to sign up), and the retail value is $1,145. Thought I'd share with everyone. oh, and another one worth the money to look out for will be the Blue Mercury Advent. That one usually retails for $300, and you get over $1300 in products. Tis the season!!!!

When hair perfume got popular, I knew that it was a marketing ploy to make us believe we need another product….

I will say though that the Kitsch ones do actually have the tech to deodorize hair. On one of my in-between hair wash days, the ends of my hair smelt weird and I freaked out! Now I use dry shampoo at the roots and the Warm Sugar Kitsch spray on the ends. I think it helps - I mean it at least makes me feel less worried on those days, so that’s a W for me.

Side note: I hate the Clean Classic bottle/label. I used to see them at TJMaxx and they just look...cheap? Idk, I don't like it.
