This is where 5 musicians play synchronised solos to absolute perfection. An absolute classic.

Nothing gives me so much joy than seeing someone of your generation discovering music I have loved my whole life. Welcome to perfection, this is Dire Straits at perfection.

We will never see the likes of this again, pure live music. Thank you, Mark, for all the great music you gave us

Hey, thank you for the reaction! ❤ It was fire! You should definitely check out Sultans of Swing Alchemy Live - it is quite a piece live.

And remember. This was the encore after a two-hour gig. This is stellar stuff.

I’m of the generation who lived through the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s. Weren’t we lucky.

That solo at 7'30" is absolutely orgasmic.
And that smile... That's the smile of a guy who knows he's killing it.
Pure genius.

40 years later, he still blows off the roof with this amazing music!

What makes this great is the composition more than everything else. Nobody talks about it.

The biggest band in the western world in the '80's. Everybody knew that Mark Knopfler was on another level. He is still putting out great music even today. Legend.
